Beverly First Night Parade Tonight!

Mitchell's Dance Studio will be participating in the Beverly First Night Parade this year. If you are interested, we would love to have you join us and represent Mitchell's Dance Studio or you can just watch us march/dance/skip down Cabot St.

We will all be meeting at the Studio at 5:30 pm TONIGHT December 31st. The parade will start lining up at 5:45 pm. The event organizer says that we will need to gather in the parking lot behind 248 Cabot Street for the parade. Luckily, that is conveniently located across the parking lot from the Studio so we will all walk over together. One of the First Night volunteers will be there to organize the line-up, and tell us where to go/be. The parade steps off at 6:00 pm. Parents, family and friends are encouraged to line up on Cabot St to watch us, or you are more than welcome to walk in the parade with us! The parade wraps up by 6:30 pm and then the beach ball drop/new year’s countdown will happen around 6:45 pm.

We would like everyone who is participating to know that it will be COLD! Please dress accordingly. Bundle up in those layers including your MITCHELL'S T-SHIRT!! We are asking that everyone representing Mitchell's Dance Studio wear the white 5, 6, 7, 85 years t-shirt on top of your jackets, coats, etc. If you don't have a shirt, they will be available tonight. Sizes are limited.

I also thought it could be fun to accessorize with glow in the dark items. Wear whatever you have that flashes, blinks or glows!!
